The Herb Garden Cookbook truly is a complete herb gardening and gourmet guide.  Lucinda Hutson’s first edition of this book is a classic and her second edition is packed with even more festive recipes and valuable gardening information.  The Herb Garden Cookbook is full of organic tips for growing healthy herbs and Lucinda’s best advice on harvesting and storing herbs.  This edition contains more than 150 recipes, 20 of which are new.  She has included new information on Mexican and Southeast Asian herbs.  Just as valuable as the gardening advice and recipes is Lucinda’s list of best sources for plants, seeds, and gourmet products.  This book was highly recommended by Sharon Smith and Mary Wilhite of Blue Moon Gardens in Chandler, Texas.  They particularly like her recipe for Boursin Cheese.
