Madeline Hill and her husband Jim established the Hilltop Herb Farm in southeast Texas more than 30 years ago.  Southern Herb Growing is the maturation on all those years of herb gardening experience.  I contains information for growing more than 130 herbs with 300 color photographs.  It also includes information on garden design, tips for using herbs and my favorite historical tidbits.  It includes 100 recipes served at the Hilltop Herb Farm restaurant.
