Cheddar, Ham & Pear Panini 

8 slices multigrain bread

¼ c. Dijon mustard

½ lb. thinly sliced ham

1 Bartlett pear, peeled, cored, thinly sliced

½ lb. thinly sliced Cheddar cheese

2 T. olive oil

Preheat Panini press.

Brush the bread on one side with mustard. Divide the ham evenly among 4 of the slices. Top with pear slices and then with cheese. Place the remaining bread slices on top, mustard side down.

Brush the outside of the sandwiches with olive oil. Cook until the bread is nicely browned and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Cut sandwiches in half and serve warm.
