Basil Butterballs
1 ½ cups loosely
packed fresh basil leaves Soften butter. Chop basil in food processor. Add other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Drop by half tablespoons on a cookie sheet. Freeze. Remove balls from cookie sheet and store in freezer bags. Use to flavor chicken, fish, or vegetables. Especially good on baked potatoes. ~ Submitted by Kaye Maclaskey
