Basil Butterballs

1 ½ cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
 ¾ lb butter
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
1 ½ tsp white pepper 

Soften butter.  Chop basil in food processor.  Add other ingredients.  Blend until smooth.  Drop by half tablespoons on a cookie sheet.  Freeze.  Remove balls from cookie sheet and store in freezer bags.  Use to flavor chicken, fish, or vegetables.  Especially good on baked potatoes.
