Preheat oven to
425 degrees. Sift flour, mustard, and salt into
a bowl. Stir in cheese, ½ teaspoon paprika,
cayenne, and caraway seed. Cut in the butter
until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add
Worcestershire sauce and water; blend with a
fork until dough holds together, add more water
if necessary. Form into a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to
1/8-inch thickness and cut out using a 1 ½-inch
serrated edge biscuit cutter. Place on an
ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with
additional paprika. Bake wafers for 5 to 7
minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 4
