Chicken Salad

1     roasted chicken from Sam’s, boned and chopped
2     cups celery, chopped
1     cup walnuts, chopped
1½    cups yellow or red bell peppers, chopped
1½    cups red or purple grapes, cut in halves
1     cup mayonnaise
1     cup vanilla yogurt
½     tsp. salt
¼     tsp freshly ground pepper

Mix all together and refrigerate.  Makes 8 cups.
