chicken
3/4 lb seedless purple grapes
1 can water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. mayonnaise (I used 1 1/2 cups)
4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tsp. curry powder
Mix
mayonnaise with rest of seasoning. Let set one hour. Blend with
rest of ingredients and chill for one day or at least one hour
before serving. Delicious!
