Fiesta Soup

pounds ground beef Brown ground beef drain add onion and garlic, salt & pepper to taste. Add soup, beans, Ro-Tel and water. Add approx. 1/2 to 2/3 cup shell macaroni. Let simmer over low to medium heat until soup is heated and macaroni is done. This soup makes quite a bit and it freezes well without the macaroni -- the macaroni has a tendency to get mushy if you freeze it then reheat. ~ Submitted by Kaye Maclaskey
