Lemon Thyme-Scented Green Beans

12 oz. fresh green beans
Handful lemon thyme sprigs or other lemony herbs
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 T. Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette
Place green beans in steamer and cover with lemony
herbs. Steam until tender-crisp. Plunge in ice-water bath. Drain and
chill until ready to use. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss
with vinaigrette before serving.
