2 large
tomatoes - chopped
3 or 4 green onions - chopped
1 4 oz can green chilies - drained
1 4 oz can chopped black olives - drained
2 Tbl capers, chopped
2 Tbl Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 Tbl vinegar
1/2 C. feta cheese, crumbled
Combine tomatoes, onion, clilies, black olives, and capers.
Add oil, garlic salt and vinegar. Refrigerate over night.
Remove from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature.
Fold in feta cheese. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
