   PICKLED OKRA TEA
SANDWICHES

8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp minced onion
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish, well drained
1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
 

Combine above ingredients. 

Pickled okra with ends trimmed off.

1 loaf white bread, each slice trimmed and flattened with rolling pin. 

Spread each flattened bread slice with cheese mixture.  Put one okra piece at one end and roll-up to make sandwich.  I cut each piece of bread in half. The okra seemed to fit better this way and the pretty inside of the okra would show out each end of the bread.
