PUMPKIN CHIP MUFFINS

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup pumpkin (canned)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup chocolate chips
 

Mix dry ingredients and set aside.  Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and melted butter. Slowly add dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips**. Spoon into muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. (**Or make very tiny muffins & push just one chocolate chip into the center of each before baking.)
