Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potatoes

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 T olive Oil
2 t. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 T paprika
1/2 t. ground black pepper
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. poultry seasoning
1/2 t. chili powder
1 pinch cayenne pepper
 

Preheat oven to 425 deg.  Place sweet potato chunks in to a large mixing bowl.  Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with all ingredients.  Toss until evenly coated.  Spread onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes, turn potatoes with a spatula and continue baking until the sweet potatoes are golden and tender, 10 to 15 minutes more.
