TULSA HERB SOCIETY
Established 1988

A Little Birdie

The Tulsa Herb Society would like to send it's sympathies to the family and friends of

Darrell Merrell "the Tomato Man".

Darrell was responsible for many of us discovering heirloom tomatoes.  We'll miss his advice and conversation over plants each spring and I personally will think of him every time I eat a Cherokee Purple Tomato.
Thanks for your kindness and generosity Darrell.
You were much more than our Tomato Man.

"The Tomato Man & Daughter" will be continued by Lisa Merrell.

The Tulsa Herb Society was formed in 1988 by a group of herbal  enthusiasts.  The purpose of our organization is to foster the appreciation, study, culture, history, and use of herbs.  In addition, society members share their time and experience in each others gardens.  Friendships grow that become priceless.
